We get this unique opportunity at this time each year to look back and reflect on our accomplishments, challenges, where we have gone and what we have left behind. It's that time we carve out space for new intentions that will bring out the best of our year to come. As I reflect on my past year, I am filled with immense  joy and gratitude. only 2016 was all about taking a leap, I enter into business for myself as Sukha Healing Arts, I traveled to some beautiful places around the world, and I even changed my name!  I always knew the travel bug was in me, but now it's international! My travels deepened my work and brought about new angles to my offerings. I now offer sounds healing with an array of lovely instruments that induce relaxation and deeper healing. It has been an amazing gift to be called to and I feel so humbled to be able to bring this offering to the community here.  The total bliss-out! If you haven't had the opportunity to join me for a sound healing, I highly recommend it! It is deep relaxing, meditative, healing.  You may enjoy it so much, it may interest you to get the full on one-one-one experience. A full on massage with intermittent playing of bowls, gongs, etc or, a private session where the interment are played around and over you to help you sink deep into a starter of rest and relaxation. Check my online schedule for community sound healing and to book a personal session. Celebrating one year in business!  Giving thanks and giving back This year has blessed in in so many ways and in my way of saying thanks and celebrating Sukha Healing Arts one year anniversary, I am offering 15 minutes Of massage for FREE! For the month of January, all massages at least 60 minutes get an additional 15 minutes on me. I could not have accomplished all I have this year without your support and  believing in the work I am so passionate about. This includes new and existing clients (good for ONE massage or session of choice). You all are amazing!
