Healing yourself from different pain is worth trying. I join a lot of seminars that tackles about healing yourself. It's a nice concept and activity you can do in order to uplift yourself. From what I have learned, keeping all the pain to yourself doesn't do any good to you. You should release all those negative things you feel. And then start healing yourself by contemplating and relaxing your mind. If you've done all of this you'll live happier.
