This would really help me and my sister a lot because we are currently on a diet. We find exercising really hard that is why we decided to just choose eating healthy foods instead. Aside from gaining a healthy body, it can help us to avoid having diseases too. I will definitely going to eat all this nutritious food that you have given and shared to us with my sister. And by the way, It was beyond my expectation that a cinnamon can also be considered as a healthy food.
