Traditional yoga asanas incorporated with a hula hoop. Accompanied by fun music, flow yoga is instructed with the added prop of your hoop. Hoop yoga adds some dimension to your average yoga class. The addition of the hoop becomes as intensive as you would like it to be. Choose to hoop around different areas of your body as poses permit, or simply just hold it and move it around as you see fit. This practice is still your practice, there is no right or wrong, just remember to smile and have fun with it!
