Are taken to the next level <3
I have a heightened sense of safety and concern during this time, and I will be doing everything in my power to maintain the highest level of sanitation and safety for my clients. I will be offering the majority of my services on an outcall basis and a limited amount of appointments will be available to my home studio in Lakewood, CO. At this time, I will not be offering any group services. I will however still offer couple massages. I will always wear a mask. All materials will be sanitized (sheets and dressings bleached) for each individual. I will be allowing for extra time between clients for these protocols to be carried out. What I ask is if you are feeling unwell, please let me know and we can reschedule you at a later time. I am going forward with outmost transparency, as I hope you can meet me with the same. My intention is to keep everyone I touch safe and looked after. Please, help me in this mission with integrity about your health and symptoms. Together we will get though this, while achieving the therapeutics you each deserve.
My return is set for the first week of April. You will be able to book your appointment online, so please follow the booking link. In the meantime, feel free to email me with questions or to say hello! I am really looking forward to connecting upon my return!!! Many blessings for health, safely, and wholeness, Devine

Wow!! What an incredible week we had. We had a great group of people, most strangers who by the end of our time together were referring to one another as family. Reflecting on the last week, I am beyond grateful for the openness and courage that mainstreamed though our group. What each individual shared was an openness to explore a country they had never been with people they didn't know. Nothing short of a prime example of TRUST. We sweat, explored, and shared experiences and pieces of ourselves. Here are a few highlights!
How following the unknown lead me to endless coconuts and my dream of living at the seaAbout a year ago, I decided to leave all the gushy comforts that I knew to venture the great unknown. Indeed it was unknown. New languages, 10 new countries, countless new faces, and oh yeah no shortages or new challenges!! But every single part of it lead me to where I am today. I am sitting here mid afternoon in the place I (basically on a whim) decided to make my new home, A small charming beach town in El Salvador. Honestly, before a year ago, I didn't even know this quaint little country existed. And when I say quaint, I mean it's the second smallest country in Central America.
On a 2 week stop over here back in February, it didn't take long before it captured my heart and my residence. So here I am, 6 months later settling into my new home and embracing to the best of my ability, all the ways being here is supporting different goals which were once just a dream. I found a humble home a few minutes walk from the beach and surf break. Learning to surf has become my new past time. It provides such a unique connection to nature, other surfers from around the world, as well as both physical and mental demands. In a nut shell, life has become simple. It came from giving up parts of myself I thought WERE ME and embracing parts of myself that I never gave mind to. Everyday I realize is about grasping more edges of the unknown. Loving what is. Exactly as it is. Being grateful for the each moment. Reminding myself of what I've come from. What I've been through. And no matter what, as long as I'm breathing, all the potential in the universe is at my fingertips. To this day I raise a coconut and salute the beauty of this incredible journey called life. With love and abundance, Devine On April 1st Sukha experienced a lovely day sharing aerial classes with the community. For many, it was their very first time hangin out in an aerial swing. After just a mere 30 minutes, people were finding themselves floating out of class with a yummy expression on their face, space in their bodies, and a balance of playfulness and ease in their spirit. Even though we covered a good amount of what the hammock can do for them, inversions are definitely a fan favorite. And why not!? When you experience the freedom that hanging gives you, its no wonder you leave "yoga stoned". Here are a few shots from the lovely people who came out to join in for some hang time.
GRAND OPENING THIS SATURDAY 4/1.
